Well, well well...ive been getting work done at black wing for about 2 years now. every visit is a great experience! the artists and piercers are all welcoming, hilarious, and just all around hard workers. they strive to become the best they can be in a very competitive industry. kudos to black wing also for volunteering for their community by picking up garbage on 580! that freeway can be a torturous place, so honk at the guys next time you see them, and stop by black wing for your next tattoo or piercing! you wont be disappointed (Jen M. - Livermore, CA) |

I got my belly button peirced in Dec 08' by Tony. He was very sweet and knowledgable in what he was doing. Cute too :)
He could tell I was scared but was very gentle with me. He was able to calm me down, and was constantly asking me if i was comfortable and ok. He was telling me when to breath and was very concerned with how I was feeling. To me its important to have that kind of connection with anyone, that way i feel like they know what they are doing and I feel safe.
Everything was clean and sterilized to my liking. At first I was bit weirded out by the fact the he said he only does the piercing with a hoop, which was not what I was expecting,(to me those were hidious) but felt much better when he said that after two weeks he would change it to whatever i wanted. I am happy to say that I am about 2 mths in and I have a 14k curved barbell with swarvoski crystals all over it. I love iT!!!
Overall the place is in a good location and the staff is very nice. I would def go back here for some tattoo work. |

My name is Maya and a couple of weeks ago my cousin got an superb tattoo at your establishment. I was so impressed by the professionalism and the cleanliness. It was laid back and cool without being un professional. Kudos to you and your staff.
With that being said for my birthday I would like to have a very mini tattoo party at Black Wing, by mini I mean myself and two friends and by party I mean we all want to get tatted the same day at Black Wing. We would like to do this on Saturday Nove 22nd at 330 or 4pm. What do I do to make this happen.

For piercing this place is awesome. I took my girlfriend in to get her monroe pierced while I had my lower-navel, ears and hood done, we both could not be happier. Everyone there was friendly (Which is a big deal if you're like me and your nerves are shot right before getting new work done) and the piercer was amazing (not to mention cute, for you ladies), everything was clean, quick, gentle and (relatively) painless.

Friendly staff! I dropped in today to change my nose jewelry from a stud to a hoop! Jess was the piercer on staff today (she's there on Mondays/Thursdays) she was super patient and very knowledgeable on helping me figure out with size to go with it. She was all about making sure I left happy! and the Jewelry change was only $10 ! They only take credit as long as it s more than $45. But no fear there is a US Bank ATM around the corner. parking is pretty easy.
The place is pretty big too! it looked like 4 or 5 private tattoo chairs set up. Super Clean. It sure doesn't look like it belongs in Hayward, that's for sure. I would like to come back here to get inked, and maybe a new piercing! (Maureen M. - Hayward, CA) |

I had a good experience at black wing. The artist that worked with me was Great! His name was "Ducky", he made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He put a chaplet around my wrist and was able to add all the little details I wanted. It took about an hour and he only charged me $125-I was definately happy with that. ....... the whole experience was good-I would definately recommend the place. (Erica C. - Hayward, CA) |
