Black Wing Tattoo & Piercing has joined the Adopt - A - Highway program in Alameda County.  You can see our sign right before the overpass and right after the Keller Avenue sign going East Bound on Highway 580.  Our two miles of highway are between the mile marks 37.7 and 35.7 which are between Keller Avenue and Foothill Blvd. We are out there two times a month all decked out in our safety gear.
